Course Syllabus
This two day course provides the knowledge and skills to install, operate, and troubleshoot CA Systems Plate Processors. Class begins at 8:15 and ends at 3:45. Class size is limited. This course is tuition free and is available to qualified dealers and Independent Service Agencies. If you require training - call us!
Course Pre-Requisites
- Ability to measure and interpret AC/DC voltage and current using a digital voltmeter
- Ability to use and interpret basic interconnection wiring diagrams
Day one
- Installation space and access requirements, pre-installation requirements, leveling, electrical and plumbing.
- Operation, manual usage, wiring and schematics
Day two
- Finish theory of operation
- Troubleshooting
- Certificate of attendance
CONDITIONS
- The course is free. CA Systems provides lunch free of charge.
- The student is responsible for airfare, lodging, other meals, and all transportation.
- On the last day of class, allow two hours travel time from the school to Milwaukee Airport. Allow one hour to Madison airport and allow three hours to Chicago airport.
- CA Systems reserves the right to cancel class up to two weeks prior to class start date. If this occurs, you will be notified.
- Students should bring their digital voltmeter.
